Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Returns
Return window
14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
How to return

Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged items
Received a damaged bobblehead? Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement — no questions asked.
